Day One: My to weightlossand fitness journey

Today was smooth. I was able to follow the menu I made, except for meal time. I stayed within my 1300 calorie intake. I started today by running on my treadmill for an hour. A total of 4miles and 3.8-4.0 speed. I burn a total of 514cal. 160fat cal. I basically did intervel. My menu was as following......

Meal One:Breakfast(10am)
1packet oatmeal w/ half cup soy milk
1/2 banana
1pt of water
total cal: 205

Meal Two: 12noon
Apple
Total Cal: 104

Meal Three: 2:00
Salad W/ croutons
2 plum tomatoe
1packet light ranch dressing.
1pt water
Total cal: 170

Meal four 4:00
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
1pt water
Total cal:80

Meal five(6:00) cheat meal for cheat day
2 slice of pepperoni pizza
1 cup strawberry
1pt water
total cal: 490

Note: I ate a 1/2 banana before running which was 40 cal.
